Every life contains a story worth telling in full.
TimeBridge Studio creates professionally produced life story films that connect generations — capturing the people you love in their own words, for everyone who comes after.
There is something extraordinary about truly knowing where you came from. The stories behind the faces in old photographs. The struggles that shaped the people who shaped you. TimeBridge Studio gives families the gift of that knowing — preserved beautifully, in the words of the people who lived it.
A TimeBridge Studio life story film is not an interview. It’s a conversation — conducted over many hours, across multiple sessions, by an interviewer trained to go beyond the surface of a life.
Most people, when asked about their lives, tell the stories they’ve always told. The highlights. The easy ones. Our interviewers are trained to go deeper — to follow the thread of meaning behind the story, to ask the question that hasn’t been asked before, and to create the kind of space where something true and unexpected can emerge.
Our methodology was developed by a licensed marriage and family therapist and is built into how every TimeBridge interviewer works. We don’t just capture what happened. We capture what it meant — the emotion, the weight, the wisdom that lives underneath a life fully examined.
The result is two beautifully produced films: a full-length life story and a highlight reel — both edited for quality and crafted to be watched, shared, and returned to for generations.
Those are very special and precise moments and I’m so grateful to have them captured.
— John, son of interview subject
How It Works
1
A Conversation
It starts with a call with our team to understand who you want to capture, what matters most to you, and what you’re hoping to preserve. No commitment required.
2
Getting to Know Your Subject
Before we ever sit down for an interview, we do our homework. We research your loved one’s life, gather photographs and documents, and prepare deeply so that every session goes somewhere meaningful.
3
The Interviews
Over multiple sessions — typically ten to twelve hours total — our interviewer sits down with your subject in a comfortable, unhurried setting. We follow the stories wherever they lead, always going beneath the surface to capture not just what happened, but what it meant.
4
The Edit
Our post-production team transforms the raw footage into two beautifully crafted films — a full-length life story and a highlight reel — edited for quality, pacing, and emotional impact.
5
Your Family's Legacy
You receive your finished films in a format designed to be watched, shared, and returned to — by your family today, and by generations who haven’t been born yet.
