An investment in something your family will carry forever.

A TimeBridge Studio life story film is not a product you consume once and set aside. It’s a film your children will watch on the anniversary of a loss. That your grandchildren will return to when they want to understand where they came from. That will be passed down the way photographs and letters once were — except richer, fuller, and in your loved one’s own voice.

We price our work to reflect what it actually takes to do it well: months of preparation, ten to twelve hours of deeply conducted interviews, professional post-production, and a physical delivery designed to be kept and treasured for generations.

“There are less expensive ways to capture a life story. There is no better one.”

The TimeBridge Life Story

$15,000

Everything you need to capture, preserve, and share a life fully told.

What's included:

Full-length life story film — A complete, lightly edited film of your subject’s life story, typically eight to twelve hours of interview distilled into a beautifully produced final cut. Their words, their voice, their pauses and laughter — preserved in full and authentically.

Highlight reel — A shorter, more produced film capturing the essential moments of humor, wisdom, and emotion that define your subject. Crafted for sharing at family gatherings, milestones, and celebrations.

Printed transcript — A complete written transcript of your subject’s interviews, included at no additional charge.

Two archival keepsake copies — Your finished films delivered on two custom USB drives, each housed in a keepsake frame with a portrait photograph of your subject. Designed to be displayed, gifted, and kept.

Ten to twelve hours of interviews — Conducted across four sessions over two weeks, in your subject’s home.

Full research and preparation — We do our homework before we ever sit down, so every session goes somewhere meaningful.

Professional post-production — Editing, photograph integration, color correction, and sound finishing by our post-production team.

Timeline: Most engagements are complete within five to seven weeks of the first interview session.
Serving: Madison, WI and surrounding areas.

Additional copies.

Need more copies to share with family members? Additional archival USB drives in keepsake frames are available for $100 each. Most families find two copies sufficient — one for the primary family home and one as a gift to the subject themselves — but we’re happy to accommodate any number.

A delivery designed to be kept.

Every TimeBridge engagement concludes with something you can hold.

Your finished films are delivered on archival USB drives, each housed in a custom keepsake frame. The frame displays a portrait photograph of your subject — chosen together with your family — with a compartment that holds the drive itself. It’s designed to live on a shelf, a mantle, or a bedside table. To be seen every day. To be the thing someone picks up and hands to a grandchild someday and says: here — this is who they were.

“It is not a deliverable. It is an heirloom.”

Who this is for.

A TimeBridge life story film is right for you if:

You have someone in your life whose story deserves to be fully told and preserved

You want something more than a home video — a professionally produced film that does justice to the depth of a life

You’re ready to give your family something they will return to for generations

You understand that doing this well takes time, expertise, and care — and you’re looking for a team that brings all three

It may not be right for you if you’re looking for a quick, low-cost alternative. We’re not that — and we’d rather tell you honestly than have you disappointed.

A word about the investment.

$15,000 is a significant number. We know that. We also know what it buys.

Families spend comparable amounts on a single event — a wedding, a milestone birthday celebration, a vacation — that produces memories lasting a few days. A TimeBridge life story film produces something that lasts forever, deepens with time, and becomes more valuable with every passing year.

It is also, practically speaking, time-sensitive in a way most purchases are not. The person whose story you want to capture is here now. Their memory is what it is today. Their voice, their laugh, the particular way they tell a story — those things exist right now, in this moment. A TimeBridge film captures them while they can still be captured.

We believe it is one of the most meaningful investments a family can make. We built this business because we believe that with our whole hearts.
