TimeBridge Studio Effective Date: September 8, 2026

TimeBridge Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website timebridge.studio (the “Site”) and provides personal interview and memory-recording services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Contact information. If you email us at info@timebridge.studio or otherwise reach out, we receive whatever information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Interview content. As part of our recording services, we collect audio and/or video recordings, personal stories, photographs, and other materials you or your family choose to share with us (collectively, “Interview Content”). This may include sensitive personal information, such as details about health, family relationships, or deceased individuals.

Website usage information. Our Site is hosted through Bluehost and built on WordPress. Like most websites, our hosting provider and website software may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and may set basic cookies necessary for the Site to function or for built-in hosting analytics. We do not currently run our own third-party analytics or advertising tools, but our hosting provider’s built-in tools may collect this information as described in Bluehost’s own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about our services
  • Schedule, conduct, and deliver interview and recording services
  • Produce, edit, and deliver your final recording or memory product
  • Maintain and improve our Site and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information or Interview Content to third parties.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Content

At this time, TimeBridge Studio delivers final recordings and products primarily through physical media (such as a flash drive) [confirm delivery method]. We do not currently offer online storage or a customer portal for accessing recordings, though we may offer this in the future. If we do, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe how that content is stored, secured, and accessed online.

We take reasonable steps to protect your Interview Content and personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not share your personal information or Interview Content with third parties except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • With service providers who assist in producing or delivering your final product (if any are used), who are bound to protect your information
  • If required by law, subpoena, or legal process

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and Interview Content for as long as needed to provide our services, or as otherwise agreed with you. You may request that we delete copies of your Interview Content that we retain, subject to any copies already delivered to you or required to be kept for legal reasons.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Request corrections to your information
  • Request deletion of your information or Interview Content (subject to Section 5)
  • Ask questions about how your information is used

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for use by adults. If a minor’s story or likeness is included in Interview Content, we rely on the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
